General Terms:
- Abuse in any form (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and Experience Lewis Ltd reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an abusive manner.
- As our experiences are not tailored to children, all children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- As we are a growing business to meet our minimum financial costs for running each experience, an experience will only run with a minimum group number of 6. Therefore any sessions with less than 6 participants is liable to cancellation.
- Some of our experiences are outdoors and are subject to weather conditions meaning they may be cancelled at short notice.
- Our experiences do not cater to everyone's needs (e.g. some of our experiences are outdoors with no access to toilets) and it is advised that you read the description of the experiences carefully to ensure the experience is suited to you and/or your party's needs.
- It is your responsibility to inform Experience Lewis Ltd of any additional needs you may have that may affect your chosen experience(s); Experience Lewis Ltd will endeavour to meet your needs where possible.
Any booking cancellation/amendment:
- Experience Lewis must be notified no less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking for a full refund.
- A full refund will be given for cancelations made by Experience Lewis Ltd.
Complaints/Refunds:

- As our products are experiences which we cannot guarantee will suit everyone no refund will be given for any of our experiences due to dissatisfaction.
